Christopher Cessna founded PFC in early 2015. Mr. Cessna has worked in health care for the last 10 years and during that time has gained extensive experience in many aspects of the health care industry.  This experience has help develop proven strategies and solutions to guide both clinics and payors toward a common goal of quality and innovative healthcare delivered at a low cost. 

Today, the focus of PFC, remains unchanged. It is our desire to help improve health outcomes while simultaneously impacting cost control. We feel this is best achieved by being well informed on current market trends as well as in depth understanding of the ever changing regulations that govern our industry.
